Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Zildjian purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the request process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original Zildjian packaging, ensuring all accessories are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
