What is the warranty policy for Zildjian products?
Zildjian cymbals are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Please ensure you keep your original sales receipt from an authorized retailer to validate your warranty claim.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically process within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States.
